  • County Council — Local Nature Recovery Strategy

    • Supported a county council in communicating its statutory Local Nature Recovery Strategy — a complex, evidence-led framework requiring engagement across public, private and voluntary sectors.

    • Designed and delivered a multi-channel programme spanning webinars, stakeholder forums and in-person events, translating complex ecological and planning policy into accessible messaging for communities, landowners and decision-makers.

    • The strategy launched following record-breaking public engagement, and is now embedded within planning and biodiversity net gain processes across the county.

    Regional Growth Board — County-Wide Vision

    • Supported a regional growth board in developing and communicating a unifying vision and set of missions for sustainable economic growth.

    • Delivered pop-up consultation events across the county, social media engagement and in-person community sessions.

    • A public survey generated 4,400 responses, demonstrating overwhelming support for all six missions and providing the board with rich countywide insight to underpin its strategy.

    Housing Developer — Planning Consent Campaign

    • Supported a developer in building trust and community understanding around a proposed new settlement in a sensitive rural location.

    • Created a charter document outlining firm environmental and social commitments, developed strategic messaging aligned with local and national planning policy, and delivered stakeholder engagement to shift the tone of the conversation — demonstrating that development can be plan-led, community-focused and politically credible.

    Science Campus — Government Engagement

    • Managed a sustained programme of government engagement for a major science and innovation campus — including coordinating a ministerial visit, a government science minister groundbreaking event and a senior DESNZ delegation roundtable, positioning the campus as a strategic partner in delivering the UK's innovation and net zero ambitions.

    • Energy Sector — Policy Advocacy Campaign

    • Delivered a public affairs and advocacy campaign for a leading energy trade association, producing evidence-led research to reframe a contested policy debate and equip members with credible material for engagement with MPs, planners and government departments.
